SHIPPING POLICIES
The following shipping options are available at checkout:

3 Business Day Delivery
2 Business Day Delivery

Most orders ship within 24 hours. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If you need assistance in choosing a shipping method, or would like to ship your package overnight, please contact us using the form above.

Need something special with a tropical theme? Spa products make great corporate gifts! We can arrange special deliveries for large orders or special events. Email us for more information.

ORDER ONLINE, BY MAIL OR BY FAX
Ordering from the Bath Plantation online is quick and easy. After you select an item, you'll be guided through checkout and order confirmation. If you prefer not to order online, you can send us your order by mail or fax.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates can be calculated at the time of checkout. The rates are calculated based on the order total.

SALES TAX
No sales tax will be included in orders shipped outside of Texas. Texas state law requires that Texas-based businesses collect sales tax on orders shipped only to addresses within the state of Texas. These orders will be taxed at the rate of 8.25%.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will exchange it or refund your money.

All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. We will refund you the price of the unopened product(s) upon receiving the item(s). Items must be received in a resalable condition.
Items that have been opened can be returned for a store credit.
